IMPORTANT!! Please take note that all items are made on order, unless it shows that a specific item is in stock. All orders placed between 5 December 2025 and 5 January 2026 was only printed on 12 January 2026 when the printers reopened (as per our communication during Dec 2025). Please get in touch if you need something by a specific date before you place the order please.

Shipping Policy

If the product is in stock, shipping will take place within three days. If products is not in stock, a lead time of 4 weeks to delivery will apply.

Shipping in South

We ship to your door via reputable local courier companies. A tracking number and tracking updates will be provided once your parcel has been booked and collected by our couriers.

Global Shipping

Shipping rates vary depending on where we are shipping to, but you will be presented with shipping rates on checkout.

We make use of DHL to safely deliver our products safely and intact to AUS, NZ, EUR, CANADA, MIDDLE EAST and USA. Please allow 2 weeks for orders to be prepared before they are shipped. A tracking number will be provided to you as soon as your parcel has been booked out with DHL, and you will receive tracking info as your H&G parcel progresses through the DHL network.
