We are beyond grateful for each and every order - THANK YOU! Please be mindful of extended lead times during the silly season. Any orders placed after 20 November cannot be guaranteed to be in time for Christmas, but definitely in time for schools opening in January 2024. All personalised items or items not in stock can take up to 6 weeks to delivery. No orders will be shipped after 20 December 2023. Keep an eye on our page for in stock items that can still be couriered until 20 December.

Repairs & Returns


Please note that we will gladly refund/ exchange your purchase only if:

  • the H&G team was notified within 10 days after the receipt of your purchase;
  • The products is still in its original condition;
  • The product has not been used;
  • The product is faulty;
  • You received the incorrect product.
  • There will be no returns on personalised items unless it is faulty

Please note that you will be responsible for the courier fees for returning any products to us. Should you wish to exchange, we will send the new product to you at our cost.  The return address will be provided once the return/ exchange notification has been received and approved.


If you purchased a product from us and you require any form of repair within 3 months of purchasing your bag, we will happily do your repair free of charge.  Remember that leather is a natural product and a unique patina will occur after a few months thus, scratches and marks will not be covered under this policy. 

Should you require any repairs after the above-mentioned period, we will gladly assist with any repairs at a cost to be agreed upfront.
